“Uživala sem v družbi novih ljudi in se spoprijateljila s svojo skupino. Uživala sem v delavnicah in predavanjih, čeprav so bila nekateri malo preveč splošna po mojem mnenju. Malo me je motila ura, ko smo končali, in dejstvo, da smo tukaj tudi v soboto, ampak če pogledam nazaj, ne bi spremenila dejstva, da sem se prijavila in sem zelo uživala v tej edinstveni izkušnji.” Takšno zelo realno mnenje je bilo med drugim slišati s strani ene izmed dijakinj po zaključku inovacijskega kampa. Letos se ga je skupaj udeležilo kar 46 dijakov iz šestih različnih srednjih šol!
Na kampu so sodelovale sedaj že dobre znanke iz preteklih let: Srednja ekonomska in poslovna šola Koper, Gimnazija Jurija Vege Idrija, Gimnazija Moste, Gimnazija Franceta Prešerna Kranj, Gimnazija Šentvid. Zelo pa smo bili zadovoljni tudi s številčno udeležbo naših domačih dijakov in dijakinj. Tudi letos je kamp potekal v okviru dejavnosti s področja spodbujanja ustvarjalnosti, inovativnosti in podjetnosti v šolah, ki ga financira javna agencija SPIRIT.
Udeleženci so se najprej na kratko spoznali med seboj. Že takoj na začetku kampa so bili namreč razdeljeni v več manjših skupin, in sicer tako da so se usedli k tisti okrogli mizi, na kateri so našli zapisano tudi svoje ime. Po uvodnem nagovoru in predstavitvi udeležencev po posameznih šolah nas je že obiskal prvi gost, mladi podjetnik Urban Ropotar, ki se ukvarja s spletnim trženjem. Dijakom je predstavil svojo podjetniško pot, potem pa se predvsem osredotočil na predstavitev in podrobnejšo razlago letošnjega izziva. Ta se je glasil: “Kako bi s prodajo izbranega produkta ciljni publiki na svoji spletni strani ustvarili profit?” Dijaki so morali torej v nadaljevanju poiskati in izbrati ustrezen fizičen ali digitalni produkt in za njegovo spletno prodajo pripraviti ustrezen marketinški, finančni in izvedbeni plan.
Sledilo je prvo daljše delo po skupinah in že takoj je bilo pri vseh skupinah zaznati veliko delovno vnemo. Po odmoru in malici pa se nam je pridružil že stari znanec mentor Jernej Pangeršič, ki je dijakom spregovoril o metodi hitrega prototipiranja (angleško rapid prototyping). V drugem delu svoje predstavitve pa jih je s konkretno nalogo tudi spodbudil, da so lahko sami preizkusili, kaj tak način dela pravzaprav pomeni in kako izgleda. V popoldanskem delu po skupinah so tako udeleženci to svoje znanje lahko prenesli tudi v preizkušanje izvedljivosti svojih idej, ki so si jih do takrat zamislili kot potencialno zanimive. S tem se je prvi dan kampa tudi zaključil.
Drugi dan kampa je bil večji del namenjen delu po skupinah. Dopoldne pa nas je obiskal prav tako že mentor iz preteklih let, dr. Aleš Ugovšek iz Gospodarske zbornice Slovenije, ki je dijakom spregovoril o inovacijah. Eden izmed udeležencev je zapisal takole: “Všeč so mi bila predavanja in to, da spoznaš nove ljudi in se naučiš novih stvari.” Izkušnja dela in učenja na kampu je celostna, saj zagotovo ne gre samo za usvajanje novih znanj in veščin, ampak tudi za medsebojno spoznavanje med udeleženci in z izvajalci delavnic.
Zadnji dan kampa je sledila še jutranja delavnica o javnem nastopanju in potem priprave na zaključno predstavitev. Skupine so imele možnost, da svojo predstavitev prej tudi povadijo pred izvajalkama delavnice gospo Petro in gospo Tejo s podjetja Mediade, s katerim tudi sodelujemo že več let. Nato so sledile zanimive in dinamične predstavitve, ki jih je ocenjevala komisija, sestavljena iz treh profesorjev (ga. Nina Vidic z Gimnazije Moste, gospod Keith Kleva s Srednje ekonomske in poslovne šole v Kopru in pisec teh vrstic), sodelovala pa sta še ga. Petra Ilar in g. Urban Ropotar. Slednji je ekipam dal tudi zelo konkretne povratne informacije. Poleg pohvale predvsem spodbudo glede tega, da morajo svoje izdelke na trgu bolj ceniti in jim postaviti višjo ceno. Sicer pa so bile tako predstavitve kot inovativne rešitve na zelo visokem nivoju. Sploh ob dejstvu, da kamp poteka zgolj tri dni. Komisijo je najbolj prepričala ekipa štirih dijakov s prodajno idejo lesene ščetke, ki za razliko od obstoječe konkurence uporablja les iz Slovenije. G. Ropotar jim je v svojem in v imenu organizatorjev izročil nagrado v obliki praktičnega darila.
Ob koncu se želim zahvaliti vsem udeležencem, mentorjem in drugim, ki so pomagali pri izvedbi kampa, ter seveda javni agenciji SPIRIT, ki je z razpisom omogočila njegovo financiranje. Pa nasvidenje spet prihodnje leto!
