Odlično vzdušje – s tema dvema besedama bi lahko najkrajše možno povzeli izvedbo treh seminarjev, ki so se zvrstili v mesecu aprilu v okviru seminarjev za pedagoške delavce v našem zavodu.
Da bi si tudi vi kot bralci in sledilci lažje ustvarili podobo teh seminarjev, smo tokrat – malo drugače kot sicer v naših poročilih – preprosto zbrali nekaj odzivov naših udeležencev.
Na prvem seminarju, ki je potekal v treh delih (13. in 14. aprila ter 6. maja), so udeleženci spoznali in tudi izkusili sodelovalne pristope, s katerimi bodo lahko sedaj učencem in dijakom omogočili vključujoče pristope učenja, sodelovanja in so-ustvarjanja, tako znotraj rednega šolskega pouka kot tudi pri ostalih oblikah vzgojno-izobraževalnega dela, ki potekajo v okviru šole oziroma drugih vzgojno-izobraževalnih zavodov. Izvajalki Petra Založnik in Alenka Oblak sta poudarili, da učencem in dijakom s tem omogočimo, da se resnično ‘sliši njihov glas’ in da razvijejo ključne kompetence in pomembne socialne veščine, učenje pa poteka na sodelovalen, izkustven in inovativen način. Izvajalki sta navdušili tudi s svojim izredno energičnim nastopom in spodbudami, kar bodo udeleženci s pridom prenesli tudi v svojo pedagoško prakso. V nadaljevanju torej nekaj njihovih vtisov.
Teme so bile zares uporabne. Najboljše pa je bilo, ker so nam bile izkustveno predstavljene, ne samo teoretično, in jih lahko zato takoj prestavimo v prakso.
Resnično so bile vse metode super in zelo uporabne v praksi. Komaj čakam, da jih preizkusim.
Poskrbljeno je bilo za dobrobit udeležencev, pristope smo imeli možnost preizkusiti že na sami izvedbi seminarja. Izvajalki sta na neprisiljen način poskrbeli za to, da smo bili vsi slišani in aktivno udeleženi.
Predavateljici sta bili zelo dostopni in ustvarili sta sproščeno vzdušje.
V torek, 20. aprila, je na daljavo potekal seminar, ki se je posvetil zelo aktualni tematiki dela z učenci, ki imajo določene primanjkljaje na čustveno-vedenjski ravni. Seminar so izvedle štiri sodelavke našega zavoda v sodelovanju z zunanjim izvajalcem. Seminar je udeležence spodbudil za njihovo strokovno delo, in sicer k uvajanju bolj sistematičnega pristopa obravnavanja, ki bo temeljil na strokovnih metodah. Več bo takih strokovnih delavcev na šoli, večja bo enotnost in sistematičnost obravnave in pristopov. Prav posebno pozornost je seminar namenil tudi uporabi metod formativnega spremljanja učenja/vedenja ter vrstniške mediacije pri vsakodnevnem delu z otroki s čustveno-vedenjskimi težavami. Izvajalci so poskrbeli za aktivno udeležbo s čim več dinamike in izmenjevanja dobrih praks in spoznanj. To odzvanja tudi iz vtisov udeležencev, ki smo jih zbrali po seminarju.
Zelo zadovoljna. Všeč mi je bilo, ker smo udeleženci morali biti zelo aktivni in tudi zato, ker je bilo veliko skupinskega dela (vedno z drugimi udeleženci).

Iz samih odzivov pa smo izvedeli tudi, da si udeleženci v prihodnje želijo še več primerov dobrih praks, torej bolj uporabnega znanja, kar bomo vsekakor upoštevali pri nadaljnjih izvedbah tega seminarja. Tokrat smo ga namreč izvedli prvič in kot nasploh velja za vse naše seminarje, so zadovoljni in tudi kritični udeleženci tista največja spodbuda in motivacija za naše delo!
Kljub oteženim razmeram za izvedbo seminarjev v živo nam je seminar o učenju na prostem, ki je potekal 21. in 22. aprila, uspelo delno izvesti tudi tako, da so udeleženci drugi dan obiskali učilnico v naravi na Osnovni šoli Alojzija Šuštarja.
Prvi dan smo se z udeleženci še družili na daljavo ob spoznavanju splošnih značilnosti učenja v naravi. Učitelji naše osnovne šole pa so na izredno domišljen in ustvarjalen način spregovorili o primerih dobre prakse učenja na prostem. Udeleženci so prav tako sodelovali v manjših skupinah, kjer so morali pripraviti konkretno izvedbo učne ure v naravnem okolju. Potem pa smo drugi dan udeležence povabili v naš zavod, kjer smo jim najprej razkazali, kaj učilnica v naravi pravzaprav obsega, nadalje pa so imeli priložnost opazovati izvedbo učne ure in nazadnje še sami doživeli učni proces kot učenci. Dobre volje in zadovoljstva ni manjkalo, kar odražajo tudi zbrani vtisi udeležencev v nadaljevanju.
Videla sem primere dobre prakse oz. ideje, kako se lahko izvede zanimiv pouk za učence.
Pohvalno, čudovito predstavljena učilnica v naravi. Zelo uporaben seminar.

Izredno me veseli, da kljub razmeram, ki so letos botrovale temu, da smo večino seminarjev izvajali na daljavo, uspemo pripraviti kvalitetne vsebine, ki jih udeleženci sprejemajo z navdušenjem, hkrati pa v njih prepoznajo spodbudo za svoje lastno pedagoško in strokovno delo na svojih šolah in drugih učnih okoljih.

Letos nas v začetku junija, natančneje v ponedeljek, 7. 6., čaka še izvedba seminarja o Družbeno koristnem učenju, ki ga bomo izvajali prvič. Izvedba bo potekala v živo. Seminar prinaša podrobnejšo seznanitev s posebno metodo učenja.
